Cambridge International IGCSE Business Studies

Business Studies helps learners develop a broad understanding of how businesses are established, managed and operated in both the public and private sectors. The course explores key areas including business activity, marketing, finance, operations, human resources and external influences on business. Students develop analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills by applying business concepts to real-world situations, preparing them for further study and the world of work. The 0450 and 0986 syllabuses cover the same content and assessments, with the main difference being the grading scale used in different administrative zones.
