To complete your booking as quickly as possible, please have the following ready before you begin:

• A recent head and shoulders photograph
• Valid photo ID

Photograph Requirements

• Recent passport-style photograph
• Plain light-coloured background
• Facing the camera
• Nothing covering your face
• No other people or objects
• JPG, JPEG or PNG
• A photo taken on a smartphone is acceptable

Access Arrangements (if applicable)

• Evidence such as Form 8, an EHCP or other supporting documentation

Please ensure you enter the candidate’s name exactly as it appears on their photographic ID. This is the name that will be submitted to the awarding organisation.
